Pomona Island - Rubin & Cherise

Super special BA Barley Wine. It is split between seven barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 10 year Triple Sec cask. The liqueur was sweet and glossy, with huge notes of bitter orange zest and candied orange. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it’s a delicious beer to enjoy now. Contains Gluten. 10% ABV. 750ml.
