Other Wines - Balido
Orange wine, from the Uruguayan Pampas. ‘Bali do’ means ‘bleating’ in Spanish - a nod to the sheep that roam the vineyards whilst the vines are dormant - and whilst Trebbiano makes up the majority of the liquid, it gets its signature amber glow from the Petit Manseng skins. Unfiltered. Contains Sulphites. 11.5% ABV. 750ml. Trebbiano bunches are destemmed over the tanks and kept in maceration along with Petit Manseng skins for 90 days for natural clarification. Fermented with selected native yeasts. Bottled unflitered with minimal handling.
